One more very important fact that was conveyed to me by the customer care executive - "Indiatimes Shopping doesnt maintain the available quantity of the products on their website." WOW!
Pay the money to Indiatimes Shopping, theyll sleep over it. After you bother asking them what happened to your order, theyll check the quantity and by then theyll already have your money for a good period of time. I have a simple question here.
Why do you take money from consumers just to inform them (if the customer takes the trouble of calling IndiaTimes Shopping) that the product ran out of stock after you purchased it?
