My order number is - 3002960968. After 1 full week of cleared payment, when I tried contacting their customer support team, I was informed that the product went out of stock after I purchased it. But then what did I pay for?
One more very important fact that was conveyed to me by the customer care executive - "Indiatimes Shopping doesn’t maintain the available quantity of the products on their website." WOW!
Pay the money to Indiatimes Shopping, they’ll sleep over it. After you bother asking them what happened to your order, they’ll check the quantity and by then they’ll already have your money for a good period of time. I have a simple question here.
Why do you take money from consumers just to inform them (if the customer takes the trouble of calling IndiaTimes Shopping) that the product ran out of stock after you purchased it?
