I guess we don’t have to worry about the delivery... I can continue shopping with them...
And would recommend others also that please give it a try if the deal is good...
Also will suggest Indiatimes to speed up delivery further more something like Flipkart.

This was my first time with indiatimes shopping... and its making me upset... its been 5 days I have ordered phone online. From past three days - AWB is generated for Safeexpress but from safeexpress no one is able to tell what is happening with the order?
When called India Times - woman says wait till 25th or cancel the order?
I swear - Indian government should have some low against late deliveries and wonder that what kind of training is given to the customer care ppl? cancel the order?
"Also Help and Support is not good... online it says - 24x7 but I am never able to use the online Chat feature and phone numbers are dead..."
Another funny thing is... I created issue Case Id. 932745 and now it is closed 0 after they called me that I will receive it by today or tomorrow and the Resolution date is kept as 1 Jul 2013...????? In future? Have a look at the attached image...
I still hope that indiatimes want to compete Flipkart and other sites and would improve in future... not by the prompt reply on mouthshut but actually keeping mouth shut and acting fast on processing updates and training the support team...
