I ordered Apple iphone 5C from shopping.indiatimes.com on 15th Dec and it was to be shipped by 20th Dec, at the time of ordering it was showing instock and that was the reason order was accepted by them.

When I inquired with customer care, they told me that product is out of stock and I can file refund. When I asked them to transfer my call to shift supervisor, it was denied.
Never buy anything from this site . ebay, Jabong flipkart are much much better.
They don’t care about customers.
