Indiatimes is an online cheat. They robs money from the people. How such a cheating business can go on without any drastic punishment ? Why the Police administration is slipping over various cyber crime committed by Indiatimes shopping ?
I ordered for a mobile handset (Order ID 111837693) and paid money through Debit Card. But the handset was yet to receive. I sent queries again and again. They replied me to contact with the seller "Circonia". But it is interesting that the name of the seller was "Teknix". Later I found that the same seller is using two different names.
I called the seller over phone. The mobile number was switched off. The land line was told "temporarily disconnected". Yet, I tried once in everyday. Suddenly one day the phone rang, one person talked to me and assured he will send the Mobile.
But alas, there was no shipment. I sent e-mail to the Indiatimes again and again. One employee phoned me and told he will see the matter.
So, one day, I got the phone, but it was completely different model and it was a defective phone. The handset does not get charged. It cannot be switched on.
Once I was able to contact the seller, he promptly said that it was a good phnoe and had been damaged by my handling !!! He also said, "Don’t call me, I have not taken money from you. You call the Indiatimes".
Indiatimes advised me to send back the handset to Teknix. I send it to Teknix alias Circonia. But the seller returned the parcel without opening the box.
This was happened four times. India times did not take care to replace the dead handset. It is still lying with me.
