Horrible Experience. Finally, Cancelled The Order!

I ordered Samsung Galaxy S4 Order No.- 3002589060  from their website on 11-08-13 . They are still (19-08-13)not able to ship or even process the order. Tried calling their CCare many times , their CCare is pathetic, they consistently lie about the shipment details. They will make false promises about the shipping. I am frustrated and really made a huge mistake by placing an order from them. As there is Rakhi on 21st....so they MAY ship my item on 22nd...(Which was supposed to be the final delivery date of the product).


UPDATE (20-08-13)


On 19th their CCare told me that there is going to to be a MINIMUM delay of 5-6 days in the delivery of the product.....So, I filed a complaint against the order shipment....after 5 minutes I received a mail from the CCare telling me that ’’Your Complaint Resolution Date is 5th of SEPTEMBER’’...that made me really furious....


So I called them again and cancelled my order (will be giving refund in 5-6 working days ).....bought the phone from my local market and that too with better pricing and offers. Right now, I am writing this using my new S4.
