Horrible Experience. Finally, Cancelled The Order!

I ordered Samsung Galaxy S4 Order No.- 3002589060  from their website on 11-08-13 . They are still (19-08-13)not able to ship or even process the order. Tried calling their CCare many times , their CCare is pathetic, they consistently lie about the shipment details. They will make false promises about the shipping. I am frustrated and really made a huge mistake by placing an order from them. As there is Rakhi on 21st....so they **MAY** ship my item on 22nd...(Which was supposed to be the final delivery date of the product).


*UPDATE** (20-08-13)


On 19th their CCare told me that there is going to to be a MINIMUM delay of 5-6 days in the delivery of the product.....So, I filed a complaint against the order shipment....after 5 minutes I received a mail from the CCare telling me that ’’Your Complaint Resolution Date is 5th of SEPTEMBER’’...that made me really furious....


So I called them again and cancelled my order (will be giving refund in 5-6 working days ).....bought the phone from my local market and that too with better pricing and offers. Right now, I am writing this using my new S4.
