Payment Received of ` 25726 (HDFC 12 EMI)

I tried to place an order on December 20th, amount got debited from my card, but the order was not placed. I raised a complaint, but there was no response. I called the customer care and the response that I got was that the case manager is on leave and she will call tomorrow. Again I waited but no response. Then I called them again, and now they want the bank statement. The order details in their site shows "Payment Received".

I don’t understand why they now need the bank statement. Stupid site and stupid customer care.
