My order number is Order # 3001994798. Would like to share with you guys my experience. I ordered the game "LittleBigPlanet - Game of the Year edition". After receiving the product, I noticed that they delivered the wrong edition of the game. So they were very prompt in calling and resolving the issue and said they will arrange for a reverse pick up of the product.
After the reverse pickup is where the troubles started. They said they would replace, but after 10 days of no response, I requested a refund. They sent me the same rubbish template that their "case manager" is looking into the case and would respond soon. I havent got a single update from them except the same e-mail over and over again. I can only assume this "case manager" is a useless chap who sits on his chair all day, not doing anything remotely useful.
The Case # 687825 is an absolute farce, and theyve been holding my money hostage for over a month. My advice to everyone is IF you ever shop from this site, PLEASE use your CREDIT CARD so that at least you can charge back the amount. Dont make the mistake of using Net banking or even Cash on delivery.
Indiatimes.com, you have by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even Naaptol, a site with worse customer reviews than yours had better service. I might actually shop from Naaptol even though I had a bad experience with them, but Indiatimes? Never. - Sincerely, a person working in the customer service industry.
