Hi,
I have ordered a Nokia Lumia 925 from Indiatimes Shopping on September 4th 2013 bearing Order Number 3002649873.
On doing research at various online forums I could figure out that there were issues in delivery from IndiaTimes and as a result I started following up with the concerned from 11th September.
Below is the list of events with the date,
11th Sept : I was told that by today my courier number should be generated as per the process.
13th Sept : On finding No Courier Number I called up the executive who said and I quote ,
"Due to heavy demand of Nokia Lumia 925 your phone shipment shall be delayed..."
14th Sept : As I wanted to know the exact delay I called up again , now the Customer Service people say that the Phone shall be delivered on time despite the Courier number not being generated despite 15th being Sunday and they kept reaffirming the fact that there is absolutely no need to panic and delivery will happen on time even after me telling about my 13th September discussion.
16th Sept : The customer executive says it is delayed by 3-4 days and he says "Max 3-4 days" , again there exists no assurance on the same and there exists no definite reason for the delay in shipment.
Finally a complaint is taken against the Order not being delivered with Case Id 1083777.
Now the problems in all of the above,
1.First and foremost , delay in shipment despite so much follow up with my telephone charges just making up for the offered discount.
2.Secondary no one could correctly advice me about the Phones existing status and why the delay.
3.Inconsistency in the way the executives shared the information about the phone.
4.Despite existing complaints on various online forums things havent changed much and nothing seems to change in future as well.
5.4th September booking invited a 16th September delivery date but even that has not helped much.
Please reply with appropriate information on my orders current status and accurately give me a delayed date.
