I have recently ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos from Indiatimes Shopping 10th May 2013 order No. 3002302530. My expected delivery was 18th May but I got delivery on 16th May itself. What I want to share with u guys is after seeing very low price in almost all shopping sites I place my order with them. But after ordering when I just googled to check India times review I was shocked that there are 100s of NEGATIVE review.
A thought came in my mind that I lost all my money. I was also having 2 past shopping experience with IndiaTimes Shopping.

3 User Rs. 1350. Both were shipped and that too timely.
So I was also thinking that my order should get delivered. Next day i.e. on 11th I called the custmer care who were very fast reachable and I asked about my order status they told that it will be shipped on 14th. I was then little relaxed as they picked my phone :). On 13th I saw shipping details on my order page and I was very relaxed. Now the only tension was that piece which should not be faulty in any nature. On 16th when I get delivery I was really happy to see that everything was well as per the order.
Now my biggest question is why the management of Indiatimes Shopping not taking any step to improve their Image. if I would have read their negative reviews then I would not ordered even if I would have got the thing at half the Price. Now I was Lucky enpogh to get my order delivered quick and accurate or this thing happen with all of us.. is still a million dollar question.
But at the END my ALL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD WITH INDIATIMES.. CHEERS
