I had ordered sony xperia mobile order number (30016939**) and cancelled it to buy another phone from India times shopping. I had paid full amount through debit card and refund was initiated on 23rd November but I have not received the refund till now.
When I called them they simply told lies and now they are telling complaint was not raised against refund. Please don’t ever shop in india times shopping. Any one please help me to get my refund back. Thank you.
