HAD THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AT THIS SITE.I have had the embarrassment of sending a non-functioning gift (watch) to my mother, telling her to wait for 1 month to get it replaced and then telling her to get it ’repaired’ at the service center.
the customer care rep tells me to wait, that they are working on the issue to get it replaced, will get back to me. No one ever replies/calls u back. After several reminders for more than a month, I’m all of a sudden told to visit the service center to get a brand new watch ’repaired’. RIDICULOUS!!!
I HAVE MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY SHOPPING AT THIS SITE...WILL NEVER REPEAT THIS MISTAKE AND ALSO WARN OTHERS ABOUT THE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I HAD !!
