I have spoken to the customtakeouter care , emailed at itsbackend@indiatimes.com ,

emailed at speaktous@indiatimes.co.in , shaun_fernandes2001@rediffmsil.com

even send a mail to https://mouthshut.com/TimesInternet(Ajay Anand) but no solution till date

I had two orders on 8th Nov 2012

Details

1st Order no:-3001648552 (2gold coins 2gms each)

2nd Order no:-3001648868 (2gold coins 2gms each)

I have received the complete 1st order whereas the second order I have just received 1coin of 2gms still waiting for the 2nd coin I reported this matter on the day I received the coin they said that they will send the 2nd coin asap.

I called up the customtakeouter care several time send an email of the invoice as said by them but they have still not replied back.These people do not care for the customtakeouters Case Id. 529826 & Case Id. 533687
