I ordered a mobile in this website on Oct 13th, promised date on the website is Oct 20th. When checked with support on Oct 24th, they cannot guarantee delivery date.
WTF. Sorry for the bad language but cannot stop to.. Understand my frustration. Even from Thailand my ordered was delivered in 4 days and with country it is taking more than 10 days and more. I was shopping online for the last 7 years and never had such a bad experience.
Adding to this when I said I want to cancel the order the support was asking for details to cancel the order. How foolish are they? vERY BAD customer service. Spit on this site...
