I am amazed to see how e-commerce sites like Indiatimes Shopping are still managing, considering the fact that they can barely manage to operate. They never fail to disgust me somehow. In the last 20 days I ordered 2 items. First item was dispatched only after reminding them around 2 weeks later. I really wonder what they had been doing for those 2 weeks. 2nd item (order no. 3001576872) has still not been shipped. Its been 11 days and they have no clue about it. They promised me it will reach me by 29th Oct. Today on 31st Oct., after checking with them many times, their customer care informs me that it has not been shipped. Oh really?? As if I didnt know that. All I asked them was WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED? And this they could never answer. I do not understand hows it possible. Customer Care should help customers, right? Is it too much to expect? Their online chat anyway is useless, full of bugs. When I sent an email asking the status, they give vague replies, like the one below..but never give a solution.
