Indiatimes shopping is making a wide range of foolish customers. Here I am going to say the loss happened to my friend who had ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 3. He made the order by the first Saturday of the month of October 2013.
My friend was waiting for the product for one week since the delivery time was mentioned during the purchase was 10 working days since Sunday and second Saturday was not working after the third Wednesday the customer care executive called him and said the mentioned color is not available shall the send the second option in color. Since he told all of us about the product he opted for the other color.
The customer care executive asked for another 6 business days for the delivery. But on the fourth Tuesday they called him and said no stock for the product is available, so they are going to cancel the order. So the final thing is that Indiatimes shopping got Rs 50000( approx) in their hand for a full one month without any other expense and was able to make another victim for their brilliance of making the customers Big Fools.
SO MY ADVISE TO ALL IS DONT BECAME A FOOL AND ALSO TRY TO REACT AGAINST THE INDIATIMES SHOPPING.
