There should be an option for zero rating.I ordered a Leap Frog Learn & Groove table and after 10 days I received a malfunctioning product completely submerged in dust.
Then I requested for a replacement, I was told that it will take a month to replace the product . Even after a month I see no progress from there side (Even reverse pickup is pending).
Every time I call there customer care there is a new guy receiving the call and they say that sir your case has been moved up in the *PRIORITY* list. They say that your case is being handled by some *IMAGINARY* guy "Abhishek", who will call you within 24 hrs.
I haven’t received a single call from that guy till date.
Never ever shop anything from India times shopping.
