I had shopped with indiatimes.com for a perfume, after 3 days of shopping I got a call from indiatimes asking if I am still interested. the money was deducted from my account. then they confirmed the delivery after 13 days (can you believe delivery after 13days of taking money from your account).
After 10 days I get a call from indiatimes to inform "sorry we cant deliver your item because we dont service Your region". .. this they realized after 10 days of deducting money from my account???
(indiatimes’ courier service don’t serivce the region which is serviced by every major courier services in India?????? can we believe this crap?).
These are big frauds, they take money from your account (interest free) use it for their business then return it without any interest. Easy way to avail interest free funds for their other ventures.
