I am extremely disappointed with the items in the order that was delivered. I feel cheated when I saw the items in the order.
I had ordered for Roses with Fruits and paid 799/-.
The order that was delivered had 12 roses, 3 mangoes and 2 unripe papayas. The 12 roses are good but the fruits are extremely disappointing.
I had expected a better fruit basket with a variety of fruits. 3 mangoes and 5 small unripe mangoes doesn’t qualify for a fruit basket. Even if you include a 1 kg of apples or another other locally available fruits it wouldn’t cost the vendor more than 200/-. Add another 100/- for dozen fruits and add another 100/- for delivery charges. The total comes to 400/-. Does the vendor work on 100% margin?
I need refund of my money or at least part refund.
This is going to be my last order on Indiatimes and will ensure that I will spread this message around to all friends, relatives and co-workers and will ensure that people will not use this service.
