The customer care doesnt work and is trained to give commitments without any substance and follow up. My 3 mails and at least 7 calls to the customer care has given no results even after the deadlines given by them for the fulfillment of the order placed by me.
*The 50% and 60% cash bach scheme sucks** and please be very careful to fall in the trap.
I bought a sigmatel mobile under same scheme.The scheme had a sigmatel mobile model S4along with that they were offering another sigmatel mobile( a lower model) free. There was a 50% cash back offer as vouchers. I came to know that the S4 model was available in market for around Rs.4000 and along with the model they had free in scheme it wud hav been a total of Rs.5500 still I went ahead with the order because I felt the 50% cash back was still adding advantage. unfortunately even after almost three months of payment the vouchers have not been received by me.
