I had received my order of Power Blue Men Sports Shoes 09 December 2013, but since the size did not fit me I asked for a change but it was not available so the customer service agent cancelled my order.
Till date I havent got any follow up call for the same and I have already called up the customer service thrice but no help yet.
Twice the servers were down and they customer service executive could not check the status.
Later I wrote to the Indiatimes on 22nd December on the same and I got a reply that they are processing the same.
I have sent 6 more email communications on the same and I still get the response that the case manger is working on the case. How long does it take to revert with actual timelines.
Poorest customer service, I must say.
