This is Atin, I ordered an AIR CONDITIONER of HITACHI 1.1 ton from Indiatimes on 12th of March.
To my dismay I was informed that within 26th of March it will be at my Home.
But these Fraud people never dispatched the Product when I kept callig them at last they said 21st they will dispatch it , Even then Today they didn’t dispatched it. Ultimately I asked for REFUND my amount was Rs 25000.
To which the CSR said I have opened a ticket for Cancellation of Order and within 10 days the Order will be Cancelled , If in 10 days it is not cancelled Call US again we will again Log a Ticket and then Wait for 10 more days Then when the request for cancellation is catered you will get refund in your Account after 10 more days.

They are doing plain tricks and Fraud I heard my friend Who Purchased a Phone From Them HTC and even the Phone SEAL was broken and Phone was DEAD ON ARRIVAL, They never refunded him anything , There Bill also doesn’t show VAT paid so they are cheating even the Govt now.
