I have ordered Nokia lumia 925 on 29/08/2013(order id = 3002636437) because of good deal. I have paid 29814 through net-banking on same day. They have set expected delivery date 10/09/2013 (13 days after the order). I was very exited about the Nokia lumia 925 and due to that I am doing chatting with their customer support executive after 3 days on regular basis. They are always told me that you will get your product on or before 10th September. But my order status always shows your product "to be shipped" status. And that is raise some doubts in my mind. Even on 8th and 9th September same status.. I thought they had some smart courier which will delivered product on 10th September to me. But when I checked my order status on 10th it shows same status (to be shipped). then again I have contacted their support through chat and they said that due to technical issue on 10th September my order is cancelled on 10th September and they have generated new order for me and my product now delivered on 20th September.
So my question is.. technical problem comes on 10th September and my expected delivery date was also 10th September then they should have to ship product on at least 8 or 9 September if they want me to delivered product on 10th September. They are cheating people, showing good deal and then they are blocking money for around 25 days and earn the interest. Even they have not contacted me to inform about new delivery date.
