My story is also somewhat like the story before me.

I had ordered SONY Xperia ZR on June 20th 2013 and the expected delivery date was 3rd July 2013. But till now the product has not reached my place. I was first of all given a BLUEDART AWB Number on 28th saying that you item has been shipped. I waited for 3-4 days but that tracking number did not even come on bludart site. I called up bluedart people and they said they do not have this consignment.
After getting fed up I called up the Indiatimes CC and then I talked to one guy names Dinesh. He told me that there was a wrong information passed on to me (the irony is they are even agreeing to it) and then he told me that the item was shipped out through Delhivery and when I checked with that, apparently that courier service does not even have service in Kolkata. So I do not understand how can these indiatimes people be so careless on using that courier in the first place.
Till this day, it was 2nd already. Later I got a call on 2nd afternoon from a case manager Lokesh, saying that this item is Out of Stock now and they can not ship it. My question is, where did that item go which I returned to you ? Did they ever even ship it out at the first place? Why are they giving wrong information to the customers and stalling them for 15-20 days and still no resolution. Now it has been 2 days since I have given them the cancellation request and they tell me that it will take 4-5 days to cancel the order.
I mean what kind of people do you hire anyway.
Now I call up the customer care everyday and ask them to give me an update and they give me the same crap everyday that we will do our best and we have forwarded your concern to our managers, we are not authorized to give any further information and all that bullshit. If they are not authorized, then whom shall we talk to?
Something serious needs to be done for this company for this kind of service.
