My order number is 3002428934. Karbonn Titanium S5 phone. Indiatimes has received the money but they refuse to accept that I have made the payment. My bank statement shows amount deducted from the credit card. I have emailed the statement and the "transaction alert" email from the bank to them but they say that it is not "proper".
I do not know what their meaning of "proper" is. So, I will file a charge-back to receive full amount back forcefully from them. Many customers do not know that you can take the money forcefully back from the bank if the delivery is faulty or not delivered or broken.
