I have recently ordered a jeans combo from this site after seeing the description and images. I have made the payment online and waited for the same to arrive.
When I opened the package, I was shocked to see the quality. It was mentioned as stretchable cotton, but I received plain cotton. The stitching was not proper, threads were falling down and it was giving some bad smell.
I have contacted customer service by email. After 2 days they replied me asking to contact customer service. I have already paid them, they sent me cheap item and asking me to call them back by spending my money. I have clearly told that I cannot call them and taken the matter to their Facebook page. I got a call and she said, will arrange a reverse pickup.
The very next day, I got a mail saying they cannot arrange a reverse pickup and I need to send them the item. The courier charge they will pay me as gift voucher. Again, I told them I do not need any gift voucher. Now, this is after 2 weeks, no reply from them. I keep on mailing, but no response.
So, my advice is not to opt them for your shopping needs. They have called all the street vendors there. It is better to purchase from street, not from this company.
