An order of Sony Xperia M (purple color) was placed on Indiatimes Shopping on 26th Aug and expected delivery date was 5th September with order ID 3002627994. Later they said that they would not be able to deliver the product in time and asked for 5-6 days extension and raised a complaint with complaint ID 1068717.
Then they could not deliver within the new deadline. And now they are not even responding when they would deliver it even after repeated e-mails and phone calls. They put me on hold every time I call them now.
Please guide me the way to take action against them.
