I ordered a motorola defy mini mobile phone at indiatimes shopping on 18th Aug 2012 via order no.3001388892. The product was supposed to be shipped by 25th aug and delivered to me by 28th aug 2012 as per their commitment.
When I verified the status of my order on 26th, the product was still not shipped. I started writing the complaints to them from 26th august, till now there is no response from them. When I verified today, I was shocked to see that my order was cancelled. This is the second time it is happening to me with indiatimes.
I think indiatimes is just making the money out of it.
Example : inr 10000 of mine was lying in their account for almost 15 days at free. In the similar way if it is counted for 100 people, the price retained with them would be around inr 1000000.
No need to get surprise if it would be a big scam in coming days.
My sincere request is to ban such fraud online stores.
