I am Anisha Lalwani, I had Placed a order for a Ipad mini 16gb black colour on 21/02/2013. My Order number is -3002026097 The expected delivery date of product was on 07/03/2013. I would like to bring to your notice that the Product has still not reached. I had received a message and email from India times shopping that the Product has been shipped on the 02/07/2013 and that I would receive the product in three working days that is the 05/07/2013. You had shipped the product to me through Delhivery express.
The status online till date shows that the product is in Delhi. I have made phone calls to the courier company every day and they said they would update me and I have got no call in return. Finally on the 07/03/2013 I called and spoke to Miss Rekha from Delhivery Express courier. She informed me that the product that they received cant be found and that I should call the India times call centre and ask for a refund. On 07/03/2013 I called the India times shopping call centre and I also made a case on the website regarding a refund. I have called the call centre repeatedly. They have told me somebody would call me back immediately and sort out this matter. Till date I have got no call from India times they also promised me that they would solve this matter in 24 to 48hrs. On 09/03/2013 I asked the call centre to connect me to the supervisor.I had a very long talk with the supervisor to sort this matter. He also told me he would sort out the matter in 48 hrs and I still haven’t got a call or message or email regarding the same. India times Shopping is a group of The Times of India, I have ordered this product without any hesitation .I am sorry to say but India times Shopping and Delhivery express seems like a scam to me. After making repeated calls to the call centre and the courier company I have got no reciprocation from your end. I have been very patient and I will have to take strict legal action regarding the same. I am going to take this matter to The Consumer grievance court if you do not revert in the next 48 hrs.
I had sent the above mail to them on the 11th of march to which thier reply was our team is trying to resolve the problem. I have heard the same thing since day 1. I sent them another mail on the 12th of march to which they havent even bothered to reply. The resolution date was on the 13th of march and still they have not done anything about this. This company is a fraud company and they just use peoples money. I have made so many calls and have chats online and emails I have sent them and they say someone is working on it. They only keep making false promises each time saying somebody will call you back today. TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A SINGLE CALL FROM THIS COMPANY. They even lie that someone from our team called you but you did not answer. I have been keeping my phone very close to me hoping they would call.
I am finally going to send them ICRPC notice and fight this case legally... Anyone who has been also fooled by this company pls do not hesitate to msg me and I will help you also to file your case legally.I have saved all the documents of all the chats. all the calls. and every lie safely and I will make sure they compensate for my money and time.
