My order no. is 3002898443 and was placed on 17th Dec 2013. I received the order confirmation by email and when checked on the order status page it was showing "In process" with expected delivery date as 24th Dec 2013. Till 20th Dec 2013 the status was shown as "In process". When I called customer support on 20th Dec 2013 I was informed that I will receive the product by 23rd Dec 2013.
On 21st Dec 2013 it showed as "Ready to Dispatch" with FedEx tracking no. I was happy that at least there is some progress.
But to my surprise even today on 24th Dec 2013 it is showing the same status and the only reason from customer support is overload due to festive season.
I have made full payment by credit card and this is how Indiatimes shopping treats its customers.
I have placed orders in the past and have received the products also but this order is taking longer and longer.
I hope the concerned people take some action and try to deliver the product ASAP.
