I ordered Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 from shopping.indiatimes.com, but the Tab was missing from package itself. Now I have raised complained with Indiatimes. Hope they will resolve it soon...

They shipped on March 28, 2013 through FIRSTFLIGHT_PREPAID / D82487640
I received it on April 1, 2013. From outside the indiatimes sticker/tape looked fine, but when I started opening found that there was one more indiatimes sticker/tape inside which looked tampered. So I started making a video of the unveiling.
Once I opened the plastic cover (Indiatimes cover) we saw Samsung seal and Delivery seal were opened and finally there was no device inside. :(
Along with complaint I have given the snaps and the video to Indiatimes. Any of you guys faced similar problem? Do I need to take any other necessary steps?
