With reference to all my previous reviews about indiatimes shopping, I’m glad to inform that this horribly pathetic site besides being publically humiliated and complained about hasb’t yet refunded my money yet. TRUE WORDS: YOU CRY ONCE YOU BUY FROM INDIATIMES SHOPPING. If any one has any other ways to help get my refund please let me know. m tired and sick of following up and shamelessly they have stopped replying also. With reference to my previous review. its been 20 days to order no. 3002192329 and the case was suppose to close with a solution by 6th May 2013 but still no solution and I seriously have no idea how do I get my refund. no book and neither any refund.
If any one has a better solution please let me know. and also the new tagline for indiatimes shopping is "when you buy from our site you only cry"

GOD SAVE THE PERSON WHO SHOPS FROM INDIATIMES SHOPPING. FRAUD WEBSITE BLOCKING MONEY AND NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT.
I ordered 3 book under the order no. 3002192329 our of which there was a pre-ordered title "Body goddess: The Complete Guide on Yoga for Women" which was due to release on 30th April 2013 officially on shelf.
when the other two titles were delivered before 30th april 2013 the invoice considered the pre-ordered title shipped and delivered. Neither the book has reached me nor the pathetic shopping site reverts to any emails appropriately and ans’s the query. Its been 20 days today my complaint is registered and no1 has ever called or written to sort our my query and refund or send across my book. I feel cheated on the name of brand name of times of india associated with indiatimes shopping and the general expectation I build while shopping online.
I have no idea whom to call or write beyond this point as the customer service is hopelessly useless when it comes to resolution.
My money is blocked and isn’t it common sense for the stupid customer care to understand that a PRE-ORDERED BOOK WILL ONLY BE DELIVERED ONCE RELEASE:(:(:( #angry #frustrated #irritated
