Believe even after these many days, I dont have any update on my issue. I have a email to which theyve asked me to send mails, but they never reply to my issue.
Really Pathetic, Bad and Ugly Service. Very very ugly service. Should have never bought from these people.
Its been 90 days since I made the payment of 35, 000 but have never shipped the products to me or, have they ever refunded me my money back.
I am pissed to make the purchase from these guys. Should go to consumer court to get my issue resolved. These guys are not replying to constant emails. Ive sent them so many messages on their website and to the email address mentioned.
My concerned case manager promised me to drop a test mail but It has been 5 days since he has told me that.
Only God can help me in this case now.
