I had ordered a double bedsheet through Indiatimes on Dec 16, 2012, after calling their cc, but I was shocked when I received a single bed-sheet, & within one hour I raised a complaint # 579789.
Now since last one month whenever I call their cc make one excuse after another like : "Supervisor will call you in an hour, "It will get resolved in two days" & so on & so forth. But trust me they are all big time liars.
So I advice you all to never buy anything from them , until & unless they are providing it for free.
