Don’t Buy anything from them..I ordered for 2 collage photo frames from Indiatimes shopping. After a week, I received only 1 photo frame, that was also in damaged condition. I called the customer care and told them about it. They created a ticket and told me to wait for another 3 weeks to sent me another photo frame and replace the existing one. I also sent them e-mail about it.
After repeated follow ups(I had send around 30 e-mails to them and we had talk with their customer care) I received a call from them that they have shipped 1 frame and will instead of replacing the damaged one they will give me Rs. 100 gift voucher..I informed them to replace the damaged product or refund my money (Not in terms of gift voucher)..
Then after a week, I received the other photo frame, and IT’S ALSO DAMAGED..So, I ordered 2 photo frames, and received 2 damaged photo frames...I failed to understand why they did’t check the quality of the products before shipping..Moreover their customer care representatives are a bunch of dumbos...It took me to e-mail/call them several times to make them understand that I ordered 2 quantities and received 1 damaged quantity..
3 weeks passed, and I am yet to receive any intact photo frames..Instead of throwing the damaged products to the dustbin, they are sending them to their customers and charging money from them..WHAT SHAME...
INDIATIMES SHOPPING IS A FRAUD COMPANY..I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN...AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE FROM BUYING FROM THEM...BIG CHEATERS...
