Again my order went into issue.
My order id: : 3002641753
I got the delivery on time but product was delivered wrong, as it is clearly mentioned on the website that the product contains 6 pieces and out of which only 4 pieces was delivered. I raised a complain and got a case no: 1070732, I was told that it will be resolved in next 48 hrs, when I didn’t received any revert till now again I tried contacting and it was said to me that your case has been closed due to you didn’t received call from service team, believe me I didn’t received any such call then again today they gave me another case no: 1080839 and said to wait for another 48 hrs for response.This does not ends here.
My other order id: : 3002640124
Order date is 31st August, still I didn’t received the shipment for the same. I got a call that the product ordered is out of stock and given an alternate for the same which I agreed to it but still there is no confirmation on the shipment of the same. When I escalated the issue they again gave me a case id: 1080853 and told me to wait for another 48 hrs.
Sir, can you tell me that why this hell sort of things are happening????? if the order are not taken care properly please don’t take the order and keep the customer troubling. Please mind that all my orders are prepaid orders and I will file a case of Internet fraud and mental harassment in the consumer court. Previously also I have escalated you regarding my order id 3002525731.
Please try to sort this out on immediate basis.
