Hi! I am from Mumbai city. Kindly go through my below real & painful review very carefully:
Never buy any electronic products from this online portal >>> Indiatimes Shopping. They all are bunch of "Fraud & Cheaters" They keep moving same electronic products from one customer to another which means, take an example, you place an order for a "Brand New" Samsung Galaxy Note 3 just like I did through this online portal. You receive your order just like I did.
You unwrap the product, insert Sim card & then start using it considering Indiatimes Shopping to be a Genuine, Supportive & Respectful Seller. Now, merely within 3-4 weeks of its usage, you realize that this Note 3 has started silently throwing up one after another issues as it happened with me. You find that the Menu white light has disappeared all of a sudden unexpected & then, the Menu options keeps poping up in between every few secs, mins or hours which is unpredictable & sometimes continuously making your life miserable & an extremely inconvenience to use this Note 3 just like how mine has become.
So, you with all due faith in Indiatimes Shopping approach them. Now comes my story: I narrated this entire incident to all the Top Level Management team of Indiatimes Shopping (including the CEO, Co-Founder & Managing Director) with my grievances & put in front of these CHEATERS. I clearly told them that I’ve paid money for a "Brand New Product" & they have no rights to sell me 1st Hand or Defective product. B’coz a brand new Note 3 throwing up issues like these right within its initial period of its purchase can be termed & considered nothing else then a 1st Hand used piece in which such issues are being expected.
I plead, shouted & requested all the top level people of Indiatimes Shopping but these disgusting Cheaters of Indiatimes Shopping dare didn’t care to bother about my shocking issues that I am his genuine customer & being cheated. From past 1 year, I am fighting with them to get a refund for cheating me with used product but they are such "CHEAP & SHAMELESS" such that they’re not at all ready to accept their fault & like an honest businessman behave "Ethically & Responsibly". So now, I have to live with this "Defective Piece of so called Brand new Note 3" for the rest of my life unless I decide to get rid of it at "Throw Away price" !!!!!!!!
BUY ANY ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS (ESPECIALLY MOBILE PHONES) AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! I am definitely sure that very soon after purchasing the electronic product, you will fall prey to their intentions of selling across Sub standard defective electronic piece!!!!
Rather go to https://amazon.in....they’re much better compared to these bogus company where nobody from Indiatimes Shopping bothered to respond inspite of un-countable emails that I have been sending to the CEO’s & Managing Director of the company from 1 year - all falling on their Dirty & Terrible "Deaf Years".......
All the best with your purchase.....I am a consumer & have been completely cheated by this "Fraud & Bogus" online re-seller - Indiatimes Shopping but I alteast from now on moving forward do not want anybody else to get cheated!!!
