I entered first time in Indiatimes auctions beleiving their quote that the products are brand new and not refurbished. I won the auction for two Blackberry mobile phones and surprisingly I received both the sets refurbished.
It is very unfortunate to receive refurbished sets from the trusted website like Indiatimes. Both the sets received are refurbished and the condition clearly indicates that they are not new sets.
In 8100 pearl, the battery inner compartment is old, rubber coating is torned, the crome plate on the right side of the set is having line crack, The upper side of the back plate(battery cover) is having scratch.
In 8700g, the entire set looks refurbished, the accessories are not new, even the manual received is used one.
This is really unfortunate that when I contacted the customer care, I was told to contact the dealer directly. How can they wipe off their hands off this deal when the amount was debited by web site and not the dealer.
I would also like to alert against this Mumbai based dealer’Teknix’. This dealer is not trustworthy in terms of condition and quality of goods delivered through it.
