I ordered for an item from indiatimes shopping. I received the Item and found the item wasn’t in working condition. I wrote back to the customer service regarding this. In response, I was told to return back the item and they would refund the money back. I did the same expecting that they would return the money back. It has been 2 months and I haven’t received the refund. I have been trying to contact them by mail for last three weeks but they just don’t respond to mails.
So, anyone ordering any item from indiatimes shopping, please be extra carefull. Better is not to order anything from such a FAKE AND CHEATING online shopping website.
