Placed an order on 31st Jan 2012 for 5 books.
Paid through CC.
Payment and confirmation were fine.
Order not dispatched so far. [9th Feb 2012]
Customer service [CS] is hopeless.
Spend almost 40rs calling there mobile no. provided on side.
always waiting for 10 to 15 min and then I have to hang up the phone as no answer.
Me staying in Mumbai have to pay STD charges for the call.
Online chat support will show you online all the time.
But when you go through the whole process.
There is no one other side.
tried this more then 10 times in 10 days.
Never reached online chat help.
waited for more then 6 hrs also.
as used to leave window open in office still no help.
Reported a case also.
More then 4 days but still no reply on the matter.
Don’t know now how to get help.
Have requested to cancel the order.
But still no reply.
I don’t know I will get my money back or not.
Please avoid this site.
Dont be griped by all the offers by them.
end of the day there is no service from there side.
and your money is at risk because they dont offer cash on delivery service.
Which now I understood group like times is not offering COD.
because they are just fooling ppl as much as they can.
