I have placed and order # 30000062507 on JAN. 20, 2012 . Then on JAN. 23, 2012 I did complaint for the same and preferred to cancel the order and I got a cancellation #97823 & 110115 as well and has been confirmed that money will refund within max 6 days. After 20 days on FEB. 09, 2012 I checked the online status of my order and it is showing me complaint under process. T
hen I called upon customtakeouter care again, then the person (Mr. sarad) told me that due to some technical issues I am not able to see your shipping details, so please call me after 30 minutes, so that I can be able to tell you the exact status of your order. through the customtakeouter care email ID (customtakeouterservice@indiatimes.co.in) provided by Indiatimes , the mail has not been send as well. It seems everything is cheat on Shopping Indiatimes.com. I want to know if anything can happens positively in my case.
