I ordered a Panasonic Pearl 1.5 Ton Split AC - CS-CU-YC18PKY from India Times shopping on 31st March 2013. I called up their customer care on 8th April to inquire about the shipment and was told that it will be shipped latest by 10th April.
That has not happened and its already night of 11 April. I have opened a case with them for non delivery (Case id 797656) but no one has yet called back.
After reading so many negative reviews here I am not too sure if I will get my product.
The discount is good on this website but is it worth the stress that you get because of their incompetency?

As of 12th April 2013, I received the AC I procured. This is 3 days before the promised delivery date. I have revised my rating as per my user experience. My take from the whole experience was that there is a gap in their fulfillment process.
Their online systems dont get updated from the vendor side and hence even though there is a option to review your order status online, its useless. If you end up calling their customer support, its not going to be much of a help as they are going to look in the same un-updated system to give you an update. The only way is to get a case opened if you have not received your consignment.
When I was going through the reviews on Mouthshut, I could see most of the review were still open / without closure confirmation from the reviewer. This gives a very wrong impression that customers are not receiving their products inspite of placing an order.
I guess many reviewers dont update their case on Mouthshut after they receive their consignment. Mouthshut Moderators - is there something that can be done regarding this? May be India times Shopping can update the reviews if the consignment has been successfully delivered.
