I received a defective karbonn smart tab 3 from indiatimes shopping. When I called der customer care they refused to even refused to register a complaint moreover disconnected my phone. I can’t understand if a customer has complaint and calls a customer care how can they refuse to register a complaint, then what is the purpose of customer care at all. They are saying it will be repaired and cannot be replaced, y? I cant understand y should I use repaired product when I i paid for a new one.
please guys dont buy a product from them. You can even check there facebook page full of complaints. if you are checking review you got a chance to save yourself and dont buy even they are far cheaper. products are always a faulty. How company is running after so many complaints
