Before shopping from this site I was very confused after reading the reviews here.
But finally I bought one product & I am satisfied with the service.
I ordered ’Glen Induction cook-top for Rs.1899(lowest online)’ on 13-10-2012 afternoon, It was shipped on 16th via BLUEDART, the best courier I have come across.(If it was flipkart, they would have shipped earlier)taking two working days to ship the order is quite acceptable.
I am from Kerala, the item reached me on 19-10-2012 evening, it was shipped from New Delhi.
So within one week I got the product delivered, I am satisfied with the experience.
The product I received was slightly different one(advanced one, so happy), but I think its not the site’s mistake. I think the Glen had changed the model of their product slightly.
I not sure whether Shopping.indiatimes.com will continue this quality on the 2nd purchase, but after my purchase, I am ok with the site....
