What I love about online companies is the way they have set their auto mailers. These online sites keep on issuing you a ticket no and sincerely apologies for delays but perhaps they do not understand that most of the shoppers online are decently educated. Its a closed competition and buyers can switch to other portal at a click.
Coming to Indiatimes Shopping the site was always THAKI HUI for me for poor interface and very limited catalogue but what worst is their delivery time is unrealistic. Secondly refund will never be processed. I have been following up for the refund for over a month now and shameful TIMES send auto mailer everyTIME. No doubt it must be painful for others also. Agree they sometimes come up with a good deal but I will pay a premium than being harrassed by the website.
Never buy from Indiatimes. If you have nothing to do in life and have lots of FALTU time in hand go for it.. Will keep you occupied as you can read the same replies infinite no of times.
