Hi guys,
I have received the product. I hope it is in good condition. Now I have
received 10 calls from these guys, turns out, the product was actually
shipped on 31st July as claimed, But the problem was on the courier
side because of some missing form. When the problem was solved the
product was actually shipped, as per the tracker, the product took only
24 hours to be delivered from Hyderabad(origin point) to reach my
house(Chennai). Have spoken about the claims, hope I get some.
IndiaTimes
does give good products, and if u ready to buy and then fight to get
them according to ur requirements it is not so bad place to shop.
Will review the products tomorrow:)

My name is Kunal, I’m from chennai.
I ordered two products on IndiaTimes, one a steam iron which arrived before time, another a 1 GB MP3player, which has not arrived 15 days from having placed the order and confirmed the payment.
The thing does not end here, the customer care at indiatimes is so clever that in the myaccount section just to increase the value for their service, they mention that the product is shipped in 3 days time, by quoting a fake AWB number. How do I know its fake? These guys are so clever that they give only the number and not the courier service name, I had to make call to IndiaTimes customer care to know about the courier service that was delaying the product shipment for over 10 days. The customer care gives me the info saying that it has been shipped through TNT courier services. Being a techy I found the TNT courier service customer care number and contacted them, On quoting the AWB no. I got one of the biggest shocks, The CC guy told me that IndiaTimes ways fakes the number to its customers, and till now no product has been shipped on the given number. That pretty much tells u the story of how Indiatimes works.
Its now been over 15 days of ordering the product, with a dozen sent mails(not one replied to) and calls made to the customer care on expense of STD, I have nothing much to say about the service. Hope I get the product, or the refund, as IndiaTimes claims to refund the full money if the product is not received in 10 days. Nothing matters to these guys, Calls are not being received and No mails being replied. Do not make a mistake of falling prey to any of their low price deals.
Of course if u think the seller is genuine, trust the seller, not IndiaTimes to help u in misery.
