No process in place for cancellation

I requested for cancellation over a phone call and hoped it’d happen in 48 hours just as the representative told me. After 48 hours, I called back. The rep. I talked to this time had no idea about my cancellation request, so he raised an internal’case’.


A manager who looked at the case forwarded it to a’concerned’ department. Her email to me had no mention of cancellation or my request. The department which received the case emailed that the order is verified. I checked the online status and it said’To be shipped’!


Worst part is I sent 5 emails over the last 5 days I was trying to cancel. I got replies for all my emails but none from the same person. That is, if I was responding to a Komal’s email, someone else replies to it and she/he knew nothing about what I was trying to achieve.


Well somehow I was able to cancel the order, thanks to another rep. I worry I wont receive my money back within the 10 working days they are promising. I have no trust in them now because of their appalling customer service. Stay away from this merchant.
