I purchased Panasonic TV from indiatimes and model I chose and paid for was put back for delivery 2 times, then I was told it was problem to get because it was end of line stock.cutting long story short I was kept upto date each time and then was offered upgrade to better model for same price, I live in Goa and TV came from Delhi via jet airways, well packed and in perfect order.
Please remember indiatimes must be dealing with thousands of customers each day and they are selling for other retailers, so sometimes or even most times delivery is out of their hands and most people usually only write when there is a problem and all the satisfied customer don’t, Hope all customers with problems get them sorted, but my experience has so far been a very good one and are now in process of ordering a tablet through them, Good luck everyone.
I am now adding on 20/02/2013 that I have not only ordered the tablet which is in transit and due tomorrow but ordered a mobile phone on 16th Feb and received on 19th in Goa from Bangalore. I am sure I am not just a lucky person but that service can be very good from this shopping website.
