I ordered a phone on 26 May, 2013 which was to be delivered by 8 June. Due to non delivery of the product I cancelled the order on 11 June. I got a mail regarding the cancellation and approval of amount to be refunded. The date mentioned in the mail for refund was 24 Jun. But till date I have not received any refund. Whats the status of the refund for the order.
Please credit it as soon as possible as I need to pay my credit card bill. This kind of service, exploiting the customer is not expected from Indiatimes and The Times of India group. It has been 1 whole month since I have been calling endless number of times to the customer care first for non delivery of product and then cancelling the order and then waiting endlessly for the refund. Get back to me as soon as possible.
