I had placed an order in my wifes name for Micromax Canvas 2 Plus A110Q (Black) - order no 3002670912 on 15th Sept and while placing the order the expected delivery date was 25th Sept. Being a regular online shopper (not on shopping.indiatimes.com, but other online stores), and I usually received the products either on or ahead of expected delivery date, assuming the same to be true with shopping.indiatimes.com, I went ahead and placed the order with them for the first time.
But today when I checked my order status it shows "Order Placed - In process" hence called their support team to inquire about my order. The support personnel was polite and kind, and informed me that they called me on 19th Sept to update us about the delay in shipping my order but the call was not received. Im not sure if they actually had called us as I didnt see missed calls from any mobile number on that day, if the call was not received they should have called again. He informed me that the product will be shipped in 2 to 3 days, hope this is true and we receive our order within 3 days, as committed by the support staff.
