I had ordered a mobile phone worth 17k on 24th December on shopping.indiatimes website and I was told that the product was shipped and given a reference number, but when I spoke to blue dart I came to know that indiatimes never shipped the product and they are yet to ship the product.
This is after 20 days of ordering the product. I spoke to ample amount of people and supervisors and customer service representatives read the same status updates and are never helpful. If you want a product and you don’t want to get frustrated please do shop somewhere else but not on indiatimes.
